Ingredients
- 1/3 block of Greek feta, cut into cubes
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Drizzle of Balsamic vinegar
- Oregano, diced
- 1-2 bags on mixed salad leaves
- 2 peppers, de-seeded and cut into rings
- ½ a cucumber, cut into slices
- 2-3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- Small box sweet baby tomatoes
- 1 red onion, peeled and sliced into chunks
Directions
- Add salad leaves, cucumber, onion, peppers, carrot and tomatoes into one large bowl or individual plates
- Add feta on top and drizzle with oil, vinegar and oregano to finish
