What sort of results should I expect to achieve?
Apart from seriously increasing your health and fitness you will see a huge change in your body shape. Over the first 14 days you are expected to follow our 14-day Nutritional Cleanse which not a diet but more of a lifestyle change. How is this different to joining a gym?

Each boot camp session lasts for 45 minutes, is that long enough for me to get good results?
Yes in fact you will see better results than exercising for 60 minutes or more. Put it this way your body and mind can work pretty much non stop for 45 minutes without boredom kicking in. During this time you will will work the whole body at a higher intensity over a shorter period of time which increases your metabolism so that you burn anything between 350 to 600 calories during each session and you will continue to burn calories straight after the session too. This means one thing…faster results!
Can I pay as as go?
No. This is for one simple reason if you pay as you go you will not commit yourself to the boot camp and to the results you seriously achieve. In order to get the best results you must exercise consistently. We’ve found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently investing in your fitness and health. The best motivator is seeing the results for you own eyes within as little as 14 days but only if you exercise consistently 2-3 times per week.
What sort of exercise will I have to do?
Each Boot Camp workout is designed so that each session is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you the best results in the shortest time possible . Our Boot Camp sessions consist of a variety of body weight exercises, boxing and kettle bells to name just a few. Each session is designed to boost metabolism and burn maximum calories both during and after the workout. You will feel some some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first 14 days your body will adjust and you’ll find that you’re no longer sore as much.
What happens once the boot camp is over?
Don’t worry we don’t just forget about you once you have finished your first camp. The last thing we want is for you to lose everything you have achieved while you were on our boot camp. Before you complete your first boot camp we offer you one of our exclusive memberships. With this membership you can continue with your progress our full support.
